HDA is proud to announce the completion of L&F Distributors’ new 222,000 square-foot beverage distribution center in El Paso’s Lower Valley. Designed to support the region’s rapid growth and L&F’s long-term expansion, the state-of-the-art facility more than doubles the size of the company’s previous location and marks a significant milestone in their operational evolution.
Project Overview
As the architect for the project, HDA partnered closely with L&F Distributors to create a modern, efficient, and highly scalable distribution hub capable of meeting increasing demand across Far East El Paso, the City of Horizon, and West Texas.
The facility includes a 34-foot clear height warehouse with four-high racking and 18 loading docks, expandable to 27, providing flexibility and capacity for future growth. Advanced logistics technology is integrated throughout the building to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
