HDA is partnering with Choice Brands to expand their beverage warehouse facility in Monroe, Louisiana. The project adds a new 27,000-square-foot steel-framed building with nine additional loading docks, a driver’s lounge, and office space — seamlessly matching the look of the existing 42,900-square-foot structure.
The site upgrades include new truck staging area, reconfigured parking, landscaping enhancements, and a full security fencing. Additional driver and employee parking areas are being added nearby to improve flow and accessibility.
This expansion creates the space, efficiency, and flexibility Choice Brands needs to continue growing and serving their customers for years to come.
