Located on a 59.5-acre site in Bowling Green, Kentucky, the new Clark Beverage headquarters and distribution facility is designed to support long-term operational growth while creating a modern, employee-focused workplace. The 362,675 SF development includes a 46,600 SF two-story office, 298,500 SF warehouse, 17,000 SF fleet maintenance facility, and a dedicated check-in building, with an additional 135,000 SF future expansion planned.

The office and warehouse were intentionally separated to create a central outdoor courtyard designed for both everyday employee use and large company gatherings. Connected directly to the employee breakroom, the courtyard features a covered pavilion, grill stations, and a custom perforated screen wall showcasing decorative bottle imagery. Inside, the office welcomes visitors with a dramatic two-story lobby featuring a floating stair and glass railing system, while the executive suite includes a board room with direct access to a private lounge area.

Architecturally, the project blends reflective curtainwall glazing with ACM panels, fiber cement panels, and natural stone accents to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic filled with natural light and expansive views. Operationally, the warehouse was designed for maximum efficiency, featuring a minimum 34-foot clear height, automated storage systems, autonomous vehicles, robotic picking technology, 36 dock positions, and mezzanine storage for POS and vending inventory. Supporting operations further, the remote fleet maintenance facility provides onsite servicing, washing, and fueling capabilities to keep distribution running efficiently.
