Clark Beverage Group and Clark Distributing Company are developing a new headquarters and distribution campus in Bowling Green, Kentucky, designed to support the company’s continued growth and evolving operational needs. Situated on an 87.5-acre site, the approximately 362,675-square-foot development includes a two-story corporate office, high-performance warehouse, fleet maintenance facility, and security check-in building, with additional capacity planned for future expansion.

The campus was designed to balance operational efficiency with employee experience. A modern architectural palette of glass, aluminum composite panels, fiber cement accents, and natural stone creates a distinctive identity, while expansive glazing and a dramatic cantilevered canopy establish a welcoming arrival experience. Inside, a two-story lobby, collaborative office environments, and a central employee courtyard foster connection and engagement across the organization.

Supporting high-volume beverage distribution operations, the warehouse incorporates automated systems, 36 dock positions, mezzanine storage areas, and a 34-foot clear height to maximize performance and scalability. Together, these elements create a forward-thinking facility that positions Clark for long-term success while enhancing the daily experience of its employees.
