2026 Expansion Update

Del Papa Distributing Company is continuing to grow with a 92,400 square-foot warehouse expansion and an 11,766 square-foot cooperage, further enhancing the capabilities of its Texas City, Texas location. Building on the 165,000 square-foot project HDA designed in 2012, the expansion is thoughtfully planned to support increased capacity, operational efficiency, and long-term flexibility as the company continues to evolve.

Project Overview

HDA partnered with Del Papa Distributing Company to create a cutting-edge 165,000 square-foot distribution facility in Texas City, Texas. This facility was thoughtfully designed to meet Del Papa’s current operational needs while ensuring adaptability for future growth and industry advancements. HDA leveraged their extensive expertise in beverage facility design to deliver a functional, efficient, and future-ready space that aligns with Del Papa’s vision and goals.

The facility features advanced design elements to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency.
