HDA is leading the design of the New Morgan Gateway Commerce Center, a 1.2-million-square-foot industrial development in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, for Panattoni Development Company. Built by Brinkmann Constructors, the project spans more than 128 acres and will introduce two state-of-the-art warehouse facilities, significantly expanding the region’s industrial and logistics capacity.

Project Overview

The development consists of two large-scale buildings designed with efficiency, scalability, and long-term performance in mind:

• Parcel 1: 925,680 SF facility on 106 acres

• Parcel 2: 291,600 SF facility on 22 acres

Both buildings feature concrete tilt-up exterior walls, steel frame columns and joists, 40-foot clear heights, and TPO roofing systems. Each facility is equipped with ESFR fire protection, internal electrical and telecommunications rooms, and dedicated fire pump rooms to support modern operational and safety requirements.
