The project includes approximately 8,500 square feet of office, administrative, and customer-facing spaces, along with 14,500 square feet dedicated to service, parts, and vehicle detailing operations. Expanded program areas, upgraded customer amenities, and a state-of-the-art service department support the dealership’s commitment to delivering exceptional service while improving workflow and long-term performance.
Inside, the dealership features a clean, contemporary aesthetic with large-format ceramic tile throughout the showroom and customer areas, carpet tile within office spaces, and abundant natural light that creates an open and inviting atmosphere. The exterior combines a two-tone gray color palette with silver aluminum composite panels and a full curtainwall showroom system, highlighted by Nissan’s signature red entry feature that establishes a strong brand presence.
