HDA is proud to add Salt Water Social to our growing portfolio, a first-of-its-kind upscale seafood restaurant and bar in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. In collaboration with The ONE Group and Empire Construction, our team transformed a vacant restaurant space into a 7,000-square-foot dining and nightlife destination that seamlessly blends culinary excellence with a modern, artistic atmosphere.

Designed to capture the spirit of movement and energy, the restaurant features exterior patios that activate the sidewalks, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a DJ booth that transitions the space into a late-night social hub. Inside, a fish-inspired design concept is brought to life through artful details and mood lighting, while the exterior showcases bold bent aluminum “ribs,” louvered screening, and striking contemporary lighting.

Salt Water Social now stands as a vibrant addition to Cherry Creek’s commercial district and a testament to HDA’s commitment to delivering creative, timeless design that elevates the communities we serve.
